Hello everyone! I am Cata, I am 21 years old and live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am finishing my bachelor’s degree on Social Communication on University Austral back at home. Doing Erasmus (actually, I am not in Erasmus because it only is between EU countries, I’m on an exchange) has been one of the craziest rides of my life. It has been very hard to be apart from home for so long for the first time, but it also has been very rewarding.
The exchange has been a great way to open my eyes to other realities different from the ones I see in Argentina every day. And Europe is definitely a different reality, although the Spanish and Argentinean culture have lots of stuff in common. I think it is the main reason I chose Spain, and I chose Pamplona because of the prestige the University of Navarra has on Communication Studies.
If you are still doubting about doing the exchange, my advice would be to not overthink it. Just dive in. Sure, you will be a long way from home and your friends. But you will meet new ones along the way, and they will make you feel at home! If you still have any questions, make sure to use our Q&A forum, and we will be happy to help you with everything!
